Legal Information

Any and All art I make, including commissions, belong 'soul-ly' to me. You may not sell or exchange my art in any form (EX: digital, physical, NFT, print) under any circumstance, unless you have my written permission to do so and paid for the rights to do so.
You also may not use my art in published material on any online or physical market place, UNLESS it is free material with proper credit provided.

Any Art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I hold exclusive rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes: sale of prints, online sales, marketing, publish materials or any other merchandise.

Terms of Service

⚝ Commissions are for personal usage only. Art work may be used as Profile Pictures/Banners/Decoration, but may not be used for profit. If you would like me to make a commercial art for you, please contact me and we can discuss; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

⚝ I own all rights to my work. It is strictly prohibited to put my work into any AI/engine.

⚝ I am allowed to post any and all work on my social media, and use them in my portfolio. If you would like me to not, there will be an additional fee.

⚝ Fanart commissions consisting of any series/game may be used by me to produce physical prints and/or other merchandise for my shop.

⚝ I hold every right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable due to my skills or limits on what I am willing to do with or without explaination.

⚝ Reposting and Sharing artwork is okay as long as credit is posted along with it, and it is easily accessible.

⚝ By commissioning me, you have AGREED that you have properly read and understand my T.O.S and rules. You also acknowledge I have a right to add or remove rules as I see fit with or without notice anytime. ⚝

Commission Process

Upon starting your commission, I may message you for more information or details to make sure I'm drawing your vision correctly. You are more than welcome to include a backstory or short personality to help me get a better idea of the Character's personality and appearance.

Please provide a clear reference with colors. If you give me a shaded reference and you have approved both Sketch and (if applicable) Flat colors, I will not be making edits unless Minor.

Please note that as a professional, I tend to take artistic liberty with my pieces. I thrive on Artistic Freedom, the more room I have to wiggle and explore, the more fun I will have. The more fun I have, the better the piece will come out. Anything not specified as "To a T" will be considered as open to creative interpretations!

After I have received at least 50% of the payment up front, I will add you to my Commission List.

Once I complete the sketch, I will send it to you for approval. Any minor modifications requested I will be happy to do, but only within reason! Any major changes will include fees.

After you approve the sketch, and I have received 25% of the rest of the payment, I will line it and then begin my color process. During this time, I may or may not ask you questions about colorations and send in approval if need be.

After I complete flats, I will work through the rest of your commission (if applicable). Once I receive the other half of your payment, or if you payed up front, I will deliver your commission, and if requested, send the .clip file. Do not remove my Watermark or Edit my Watermark in anyway. This option is only available for Trusted Clients.

"I've changed my mind!!"

No worries my friend, as long as you update and inform me BEFORE I start working on the piece, I am happy to work with you! You can upgrade or include additional addons by paying the difference. You can even edit the character information entirely. Just remember I cannot do refunds for downgrades. Just be sure to keep communication with me!

Once I start working on the piece, some changes become more difficult to make. As stated, I am happy to make minor modifications within reason, though larger changes may include fees or a new commission entirely.

Payment Process

⚝ Payments are to be made via Paypal Only. I will give the information to pay once we have discussed the commission.

⚝ I either take Half the payment up front or Full payment. If you need to discuss a payment plan with me, worry not my friend, I am open to discussing that with you!
NOTICE: Until I receive half the payment I will not start your commission.

⚝ All payments are final. NO Refunds under any circumstances.

F.A.Q

"How long does it take for you to finish a commission?"
It really depends on the type of commission and what's going on in my life outside of the internet. If I have time, sometimes a commission can only take me 1-3 days to complete. Other times it could take me around 3 months. My fastest work took me about 8 hours.
This also depends on the size and type of the piece, if my disabilities flare up, ECT. I just ask that you have patience and trust in me as a seller. If you are pushy or rude, I will not take a commission from you again.

"You're colorblind?"
Yes, I am colorblind. I didn't know until I was in my late teen years. This is partially why I believe people tell me that my art is so vibrant. The type of colorblindness I have is 'Deuteranomaly'. It basically means the world is more grey to me, and I especially struggle with extremely pastel only characters. Worry not, this is why I ask for a nonshaded and colored clear reference. If I do not think I can draw a character due to colors, I will be transparent about that. This is why sometimes I ask for color approvals when working on your piece.

"What do you specialize in?"
I tend to specialize in Cartoon, Horror, and design. I love finding ways to make a character pop and be expressive. I also have a huge love for symbolism, and tend to find ways to incorporate that. :]

"When did you begin drawing/how long?"
As long as I could hold a pencil to be honest. I've spent years crafting my art style and studying. I was more of a hobbyist until I was a teenager and placed under the wing of my mentor. I'd say I've been drawing for about 20 years and have been in business for 9 years.

"What Program/Tools do you use?"
I use an XP Pen Deco Pro MW Pen Tablet and Clip Studio Paint EX. The tools and brushes I use are customized, though this year I hope to save enough to get a new tablet as I've had mine for almost 5 years.

"Wait, you mentioned a new specie/game website? When will that be released?"
I do not have a confirmed date for this, just know I'm working on it and already am crafting drafts for games and such on the website. It will be 18+, so no Minors are allowed. As I continue working and such, I will give updates when ready.

"Can you draw XYZ?"
